Ordering and Payment
Shoes order at Spins.be is simple and obvious. Through a clear roadmap, you are finished ordering, then you obtain all necessary information about the payment. The order shall not be deemed effective as soon as the payment is received, the lead time is therefore in from there. You can pay via Paypal (Mastercard / Visa) or bank transfer.

+ Shipping costs
The delivery of your package is done by Bpost with insurance for loss or damage. The cost of shipping is fixed and amounts to € 8.75 per package for shipments within Belgium and € 12.75 to the Netherlands or other EU countries. This amount will be settled in the processing of your order. Send you a packet return for an exchange or refund, you must pay these costs themselves always. These costs depend on the shipping method and the weight of the package. No exceptions are made.
Delivery times
We try to deliver your package as soon as possible within the lead time that is mentioned in every article. When a problem (eg no longer in stock, production problems, etc.) you will be informed as soon as possible so you either another model or color can choose whether to cancel the order retroactively. Important for the specified delivery period is that it only takes effect once the effective payment on our account and not on the date of your order. Returns

Dance shoes with traces of use / damaged packaging (shoebox)
Adjust your dancing shoes always on a clean surface without dancing (watch spinning or spinning!). Shoes that show signs of use or whose soles even slightly damaged will not be accepted and will be returned immediately after a check upon receipt. Returns after 14 calendar days of receipt
